Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building great digital products.
• A self-starter mindset, willing to go beyond assigned tasks to learn, explore, and improve the product.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with engineers, designers, and business teams.
• A curious mindset with the ability to quickly acquire domain and technical knowledge.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum concepts such as sprints, backlogs, and user stories.
• Exposure to requirements documentation.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and wireframing.
• Hands-on exposure to Figma or similar prototyping tools.
• Fundamental understanding of databases and data concepts.
• Comfort using common PM tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.
• Ability to analyze simple product or user data and derive insights.
• Willingness to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and domains.

About the Role

• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and product requirements.
• Help research user problems, validate ideas, and test new features.
• Help document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic prototypes.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting feedback from stakeholders and users.
