Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science.
• Professional certification’s such as CAPM/ACP/CSPO will be an added advantage.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills, with the capability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding on programming languages such as React, React Native, NextJS.
• Strong expertise in software requirements engineering and formal methods like personas, use cases, and UML.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles.
• Skilled in wireframing, UI prototyping, and using tools such as Figma.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, risk management, and dependency-tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business updates.
• Experience working closely with engineering, QA, UI/UX, product, and business teams.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as React, React Native, Next.js, APIs, and cloud-based systems.(conceptual understanding)
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Linear, or Asana.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information by making informed assumptions and closing gaps effectively.
• Should have strong leadership, management and organization skills including the ability to ensure schedules are met with a strong focus on quality.
• High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Curiosity and the ability to acquire domain and technical knowledge rapidly.

About the Role

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects from initiation to release.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively drive resolutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
• Track progress using defined metrics and provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.
• Support product and engineering teams by ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.
• Ensure proper documentation of project plans, decisions, and post-release learnings.
• Identify product gaps and develop innovative solutions to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and engineers, to design optimal technical and product solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in product processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous releases.
• Execute on the product roadmap by running the product development lifecycle through SCRUM method that runs on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Validate new ideas for existing or new product features.
• Study partners’ API documentation and perform tests (e.g. with Postman) to streamline developer integration efforts.
• Manage the product backlog that has been prioritized by the business stakeholders and work with the development team to execute and deliver the product backlog.
• Proactively resolve open issues and work with the delivery teams to address key defects.
