FURFIELD is a holistic pet-care ecosystem that enables pet parents, veterinary practitioners, clinic managers, and product/service sellers to connect and manage every aspect of their pets' health and well-being.

FURFIELD now stands as a robust, AI-powered pet-care ecosystem with real-time monitoring, smart analytics, and a full marketplace delivering better outcomes for pets and pet-businesses alike.
- Unified ecosystem servicing pet owners, veterinary practitioners, clinics, and sellers.
- Pet parents can manage complete medical records, monitor health data, and consult vets all in one place.
- Clinics and vets gain a digital workflow (consultation scheduling, records, lab & rehab coordination) instead of manual processes.
- Sellers receive dedicated portals in the platform to list products and services and reach a pet-care-focused audience.

SOLUTION / WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Discovery of Requirement
We mapped out stakeholder needs: pet parents, vets, clinic managers, and sellers. Workshops and interviews clarified pain points (e.g., scattered records, delayed responses, limited seller reach).
Design & Experience Architecture
We created wireframes and prototypes for each user type: a pet-parent mobile UI, a vet/clinic dashboard, and a seller portal. Each was optimized for intuitive workflows.
Development & Integration
The development team built modular systems: EHR management, scheduling & consultations, marketplace features, seller-panels, and integration of monitoring devices for real-time pet data.
AI & IoT Implementation
We integrated AI-driven analytics to interpret pet health data, predict issues, and provide care recommendations. IoT devices were designed to feed live data into the system for proactive monitoring.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Rigorous QA testing across user roles, performance under multi-user loads (multiple clinics/sellers), data integrity, and real-time IoT workflows. Reliability and scalability were key.
Go-To-Market Support
Once ready, the platform was launched (beta version) with onboarding for pet parents, vets, clinics, and sellers. Materials and sessions were provided to ensure adoption.
