GIVE is a digital ecosystem designed to connect innovators, entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors worldwide, especially from underserved or emerging markets. Upview Technologies partnered with the GIVE team to design and implement a scalable platform that facilitates networking, mentorship, resource sharing, and funding pathways all in one cohesive environment.

Identifying the
Opportunity
Before GIVE, many aspiring entrepreneurs lacked access to the networks, capital, and structured support systems needed to scale their ideas particularly in underserved regions. Conventional platforms were fragmented: you might find mentors, or funding, or community rarely all three in one place.

The core challenge for Upview was to build a platform that could:
- Bring together multiple stakeholder groups (innovators, mentors, investors, institutions) in a unified digital environment.
- Offer structured interaction flows from idea submission to mentorship, resource allocation, and investment readiness.
- Scale across borders, industries, and stages – while maintaining usability, community engagement, and measurable impact.
SOLUTION / WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Discovery & Requirements Gathering
We ran workshops with the help of Eastern University - Sri Lanka by spoke with innovators, mentors and investors to map the pain points: access, knowledge gaps, mismatched networks. From these insights we built the product roadmap, defined core user models, and structured the community flows.
Product Design & Experience Architecture
Our design team created intuitive dashboards and workflows for different personas from innovators (idea-owners), mentors, investors, to ecosystem partners. The user journeys aligned with real-world community behaviors: challenge submissions, mentor matching, resource modules, and investment pitch tracks.
Engineering & Platform Development
We built a scalable web platform and mobile-friendly interface, with modules for profile management, idea submission, mentor discovery, resource library, funding pipelines and tracking. Real-time notifications, matchmaking logic and scalable infrastructure ensured global reach.
Analytics & Community Intelligence Layer
We integrated analytics to track engagement (mentor–mentee connections), measure venture progression (ideas → pilot → funding) and provide dashboards for platform administrators. Insights help surface high-potential ideas, inactive mentors, and funding bottlenecks.
Testing & Community Pilot
Our first pilot program was launched in collaboration with Eastern University, Sri Lanka, engaging innovators, mentors, and students to validate the platform’s functionality and community experience. Through this real-world testing, we gathered valuable feedback, refined workflows and ensured smooth usability.
Deployment & Ongoing Growth Support
Together with the GIVE team, Upview supported the go-live rollout, onboarding campaigns, community management strategies and growth processes. We continue to assist with version upgrades, new module development (e.g., virtual events, investment follow-ups) and scaling the network globally.
