GlamHere is a unique hybrid platform designed exclusively for the beauty industry by merging social engagement (photo uploads, reels, comments) with service bookings (salon, spa, mobile professionals). Upview Technologies partnered with GlamHere to build a unified ecosystem where beauty creators, clients, and service providers interact, showcase work, and book services all in one place.

CHALLENGE
Identifying the
Opportunity
Before the project, beauty professionals and clients faced disjointed experiences: creators posted looks on generic social platforms, clients booked via separate apps, and loyalty and discovery were scattered.
Key challenges included:
- Creating a social feed tailored for beauty: users uploading photos, reels, receiving comments, tracking engagement optimized for beauty creators and enthusiasts.
- Integrating service-booking workflows (salon/spa treatments) seamlessly with the social layer.
- Designing intuitive mobile experiences for multiple personas: creators, clients, service providers.
- Handling content moderation, real-time interaction, scheduling, payments and provider management, all on one platform.
- Ensuring the system is scalable and flexible for both creator-driven content and rich service-driven demand.
SOLUTION / WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Strategy & Research
We ran workshops with beauty creators, sponsored users and service-users to understand workflow and community dynamics: posts, reels, comments, booking flows, payments and provider management.
Experience Design & Architecture
Built a single unified app offering tailored experiences for clients and professionals. Clients can explore, post, and book beauty services, while professionals manage profiles, schedules, and payments — all within one seamless platform.
Engineering & Platform Build
Built mobile apps (iOS/Android), backend modules for social engagement, service listing, booking engine, provider management, payment gateway, notification system. Implemented beauty-first filters, reel uploads, content moderation, provider verification, real-time updates.
Integration & Launch
Integrated with mapping/location services for in-app payments, rating & review system, one-tap booking for clients; portfolio management. Launched pilot region, gathered feedback from creators and service-providers, refined UI and workflows.
Content & Community Build
Developed onboarding flows for creators (upload work, build profile), for clients (browse reels, book services). Implemented analytics to track engagement, booking conversion, and provider performance.
Support & Growth Enablement
Upview provided documentation, and ongoing support for platform moderation, growth operations, analytics and feature enhancements (e.g., new service categories, creator monetization).
