Upview Technologies partnered with LEAP to modernize what was a largely manual, bespoke advisory process into a scalable, AI/ML-enabled digital platform enabling leadership insight, actionable diagnostics, and accelerated matching of strategic experts.

Opportunity
Before partnering with Upview Technologies, LEAP’s advisory operations combined manual processes with the use of public large language models (LLMs) to support research and documentation. While this approach provided some automation, it required extensive manual effort — copying, pasting, and reformatting data into reports, assessments, and client summaries.

To address these issues, LEAP needed a modern, secure, and intelligent platform that could:
- Digitally assess CEO and leadership readiness through structured, data-driven evaluations.
- Leverage proprietary AI/ML models to match advisory panel members with clients based on leadership challenges and experience profiles.
- Automate documentation and insights generation, reducing dependency on manual workflows and external LLMs.

Discovery & Requirements Gathering
Conducted in-depth stakeholder workshops (Board chairs and Advisory partners) to map workflows, decision-points, and data attributes that matter in high-stakes CEO advisory.
Product Design & Experience Architecture
Designed user flows for clients (CEOs/boards), advisory partners (former CEOs), and administrators with dashboards, assessment tools, panel builders and matchmaking interfaces.
Engineering & Platform Development
Built the core platform: CEO & leadership data capture, AI/ML matching engine (Panel Builder), secure document/reporting vault, analytics dashboards.
AI/ML & Automation Layer
Developed algorithms to analyze leadership challenge profiles and advisor experience vectors, enabling precision advisor matching, recommendations, and building desired panel.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Rigorous QA and user testing across multiple roles and scenarios (CEOs, boards, advisory partners) to ensure usability, confidentiality, scalability and performance.
Deployment & Internal Implementation
Deployed the platform as a secure, standalone system for the LEAP Strategy Partners team. By providing training and documentation enabled LEAP to manage CEO profiles and advisory panels efficiently within a private environment.
