Opportunity

When Oral Connect approached us, the dental software market was already filled with conventional CRM systems but none offered true automation or AI support. Clinics were forced to rely on manual lead handling, follow-ups, and repetitive scheduling processes.

Our design team crafted a user experience tailored to clinic workflows balancing simplicity with intelligence. Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journey mapping were used to validate each interaction before development. Every decision was guided by real use cases from receptionists managing inquiries to owners monitoring conversions.
